MORE ABOUT THIS CAMERA: Olympus's 1995 Infinity Mini (AKA Olympus AF-1 Mini / Olympus OZ-1) is a compact, weatherproof, easy-to-use point and shoot film camera with an excellent 35mm f/3.5 fixed-focus lens. It is closely comparable to the esteemed Olympus mju-i from 1991. The advantages this model has over the mju-i include a longer slow shutter speed of 1 second (vs 1/15 sec), an infinity focus mode, a weatherproof body, and optionality to use AA batteries. Downsides to the mju-i include a max shutter speed of 1/350 sec (vs 1/500 sec) and a closest focus distance of 0.5m (vs 0.35m). But other than these differences the cameras are fairly identical in terms of specs and performance and some sources claim it is the same lens installed in the Infinity Mini as was used for the mju-i model. An enjoyable camera to use with an above-average ability to take excellent photos.
