MORE ABOUT THIS CAMERA:  First released in 1987, the Olympus AF-10 is a simple camera to operate yet is fitted with a fixed-focus lens (f/3.5 35mm) that's capable of taking a very good photo. It's completely automatic, with autofocus, auto-exposure, auto flash, DX-reading, and automatic film advance and rewind. You don't really have to think about anything, just getting the perfect shot. We've tested tonnes of cameras and keep coming back to the AF-10's because they're so good to use. The motor advance is well-built and super responsive, so if you're taking photos without a flash, you can shoot a whole lot of frames quite quickly. And the flash reload isn’t too slow either if you are using the flash, however if you take a shot with flash and then press the shutter again before the charge for the flash has reloaded then it will take a photo without a flash - so if you need the flash, and you’re shooting fast, you’ll just need to keep an eye on the flash-reload light on the top of the camera. The AF-10 has a permanently-attached strap, which is a potential downside for those who like to remove the strap, but good if you like having it there so you can chuck it around your neck or hang it up in your room. It turns on/off via sliding the clamshell lens door open/closed, and this feature keeps the lens protected when not in use. It's a great camera for someone who likes to keep it simple, and it does take really beautiful photos too which generally bring out quite a lot of colour. Takes 2x AAA batteries (or 1x CR123A battery).

The Red Limited Edition version is quite rare and quite good looking. There's not much info around on it but we believe it was released in 1988 and we don't come across many in this colour.
