MORE ABOUT THIS CAMERA:  The Lexio 70W (AKA Lexio 70) is a highly-advanced, very compact point and shoot film camera released by Konica in 2000. Its notable features include a sliding lens shield (that also acts as the on/off switch), a modern and well-lit LCD panel, and a nice wide angle zoom that ranges from 28 to 70mm. The lens is quite capable, offering an aperture between f/3.4 and f/7.9 and shutter speeds from 1/500 to 1.3 seconds. It utilises an infrared-active autofocus and the auto-exposure system is quite sophisticated for a camera of its size. Some have said the photo quality of the Lexio 70W is poor compared to other premium compact point and shoots - especially around the edges of photos - whilst others have raved about this camera. It certainly takes different photos than some of the older more simple film cameras, and with all that technology it creates some pros and some cons. One awesome feature it contains is the ability to remember the previous flash setting used, which means when you turn the camera on, you just need to press the flash mode button once to return to your previous flash setting, and surprisingly there are not a whole lot of film cameras which have this ability. Other things to mention is that its quite good for closeups, with a the ability to focus as close as 70cm, and it also has a quick flash recharge time of just 5 seconds. It also offers a self-timer, infinity focus, red-eye reduction, and can read the DX codes of film from 25 to 3200 ISO. Overall an extremely capable camera, its just a question of taste on whether or not you're a fan of the images it takes.
